The hip-hop community continues to rave over Kendrick Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d city album, and the results are showing. The Compton MC’s debut album is set to debut #2 on the charts when the final numbers are in Wednesday morning. According to HitsDailyDouble, the project which features appearances from Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, and Drake, will come in second with 242,122 copies sold. Any other week that would be a #1 album, unfortunately Taylor Swift’s also making history as her RED album will get top honors selling 1.2 million (1,209,817 to be exact) copies this week.
